CardioSignal has been redefined and enlarged to include CardioSignal and CardioDevelop databases. As the center of translational bioinformatics on cardiovascular diseases, it provides on-line analysis tools such as CardioPhylo to help experimental scientists to speeding up their hypothesis-driven research in gene regulation. CardioSignal at same time is committed to translating bench-side discovery to bedside human disease studies. In doing so, we now are building CardioDevelop database to garner gene and phenotype information on heart development from model organisms with emphasis on the annotation of genes which lead to congenital heart diseases. We hope this will bridge the gap between clinical cardiologists and basic researchers in biomedicine. CardioSignal database is closed. We will repair the database in a few months. If you have any question or query for the data, please send me an e-mail. Sorry for this inconvenience.
